Imperfect Foods is a grocery delivery service on a mission to reduce food waste—helping avoid harmful CO2 emissions and extra trips to the grocery store. Some of their produce has cosmetic quirks, irregular sizes, or is just surplus, meaning it would otherwise go to waste.

Their campaign objective was to spread awareness of their launch in Denver, Colorado, as well as their mission to reduce the mass amount of food waste being sent to landfill each year.

Our strategy involved partnering with 2 Denver-based micro influencers, to create honest content that showcased their high quality products and emphasised its positive environmental impact. We scheduled the campaign in line with ‘Denver Waste Week’ to amplify the mission, educate on waste and act as a solution for shoppers who want to reduce their impact.

We reached 336K users, with nearly half of the audience being American, and 4% actually based in Denver. We also reached a majority female audience who skewed towards a Millennial age bracket, proven to be eco-conscious.
